Ultra Seal Water Based Interior Wall Primer

Aouf Ultra Seal Interior Wall Primer is a high-quality water-based acrylic primer, specially formulated to resist moisture and alkali commonly found in fresh plaster. It effectively fills surface pores, strengthens the substrate, and improves the coverage and adhesion of subsequent paint coats. This primer forms a tough, flexible film and is intended exclusively for interior use.

Uses:

Perfect for use on interior cement plaster, concrete, lime surfaces, and asbestos cement sheets. It creates a stable base for emulsion paints and helps in achieving a uniform finish.

Surface Preparation:

Ensure the surface is dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, and loose particles. On previously painted walls, remove all flaking or poorly adhering material using abrasive paper or a stiff brush.

Application Procedure:

Thin Aouf Ultra Seal Primer with clean water (1:1 ratio by volume) for brush application, depending on surface absorbency. For best results, apply two coats of primer. After drying, Aouf Interior Wall Putty may be applied to smoothen the surface before painting.

Drying Time:

Dries to touch in 1 hour and can be recoated after 2–3 hours under normal conditions.

Coverage:

Provides a coverage of 12–14 m² per liter per coat, depending on the surface porosity and texture.
